I recently had the pleasure of meeting Stephanie Clairmont, a very knowledgable dietician whose work includes developing strategies for good health, delicious food and how to maintain a healthy, active lifestyle. I love hearing about the latest findings around food, including research on the gut microbiome and how it not only affects digestion but our overall health and wellbeing. Stephanie offers valuable information about that and more to the masses. Her specialty is finding solutions for people with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).
With the multitude of stressors in today’s world, it seems more and more people are being affected by this uncomfortable condition.
